Minimum service — €150
The minimum service is €150 and includes setup, collection and transport up to 30 km.
It is not a pack: it is the basis of the service. From there you choose exactly what you need, with a minimum order of 10 pieces.
Prefer to collect and return the material yourself? Then the minimum service does not apply, but a €45 charge for order preparation does (plus VAT).

How is your rental calculated?
Minimum service of €150, which includes setup, collection and transport up to 30 km. Then you add what you need, with a minimum order of 10 pieces: XL lantern €15/unit, medium lantern €8/unit, small lantern €5.50/unit and soy candles at their regular retail price. All prices excl. VAT. If you prefer to collect and return the material yourself, the minimum service does not apply, but a €45 (plus VAT) order preparation charge does.

Delivery, setup and collection
The minimum service includes setup, collection and transport up to 30 km, coordinated with your team or wedding planner. We do not work with fixed time slots: we agree them with you according to your event. If you prefer to collect and return the material yourself, the minimum service does not apply, but a €45 (plus VAT) order preparation charge does.
Travel
The first 30 km are included in the minimum service. Beyond that, a surcharge of €0.70 per additional kilometre (VAT included) applies, calculated on the actual distance to the event venue.
Deposit and duration
A refundable deposit of €100 is requested, returned in full after the event and once the material has been checked. Rental is designed for one day; a second day adds €50.

What is the minimum rental?

What do the €150 include?
Setup, collection and transport up to 30 km. The pieces (lanterns and soy candles) are calculated separately, according to the quantities you choose.
Are the 30 km included?
Yes. Transport up to 30 km is included in the minimum service.
Can I combine different lantern sizes?
Yes. You can order XL, medium and small lanterns in any quantities and combinations you like, as long as the order is at least 10 pieces.
Can I request large quantities?
Yes. The minimum order is 10 pieces and there is no maximum: from a small event to the quantities a wedding or a large event needs. Tell us what you need and we will prepare the quote.
Are the soy candles rented?
No. Soy candles are consumables, so they are charged at their regular retail price (excl. VAT).
Can I collect the material myself?
Yes. If you collect and return the material yourself, the €150 minimum service does not apply, but a €45 charge (plus VAT) for order preparation does, in addition to the pieces you choose. In that case we do not include setup, transport or collection. The deposit and the other terms are the same. We agree the place and time for collection and return with you.
What happens if a lantern breaks?
A refundable deposit of €100 is requested when the booking is confirmed. In case of breakage or damage, the replacement cost is assessed according to the damage and deducted from the deposit. If there are no incidents, the deposit is returned in full after the event.
How does the booking work?
We confirm your date with a booking deposit of 30% of the quote (it may vary depending on the size of the order) and the refundable €100 security deposit.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance to guarantee availability, especially in high season (spring and autumn). The earlier, the better.
How is delivery done?
We deliver and set up the material at the event venue, coordinated with your team or wedding planner. We do not work with fixed time slots: we agree them with you according to your event.
How is collection done?
We collect the material after the event, at the time we agree with you.
What if the event is more than 30 km away?
Beyond 30 km, a surcharge of €0.70 per additional kilometre (VAT included) applies, calculated on the actual distance to the event venue.
Can I rent the material for more than one day?
Rental is designed for one day. If you need two days, €50 (excl. VAT) is added. Let us know when you request the quote.
Can I see a sample of the material before booking?
Yes. If you wish, you can arrange a visit or ask for detailed photos of the lanterns and other materials. Contact us by WhatsApp or email and we will arrange it with no obligation.
Does the service include lighting and putting out the candles during the event?
Setup includes preparing and arranging the material before the event. If you need assistance during the celebration, ask us and we will assess it according to the duration and location.
